From ice cream to pizza, the Bismarck Civic Center's food court has something for everyone. The food court was created in 1999 with you in mind - variety, excellent atmosphere, and great customer service. As with every aspect of the Bismarck Civic Center, the Concessions & Catering department carries on a philosophy of providing our customers with the highest quality of customer service and products at competitive prices.
Arena Food Court
The main food court area is located in the upper south lobby
of the building directly above the lobby and box office area.
Steps on either side of the lobby, and one elevator, provide
easy access to the food court. The Food Court offers spacious
"cafe" style seating with a big screen providing live
action inside the arena.
West
Concourse
Located in the west side of the arena, you will find several concession booths selling pop, popcorn, hard ice cream, candy, and a variety of other menu items along with your favorite beverages.
East
Concourse
The
east side of the building includes many of the same menu items
as the West Concourse, but also includes the popular Dippin'
Dots ice cream.
Exhibit
Hall
During conventions, tradeshows, and other large events in the Exhibit Hall, the Civic Center provides two full-service concession areas. In addition, the concession department has temporary concession setups available in other locations throughout the building.

meeting rooms, including the fully equipped Missouri Room, to
meet all your needs for pre- or post-event parties. We have
the ability to service your catering needs in-house or put you
in contact with a variety of select caterers in the Bismarck-Mandan
