Take exit 156 (City Center/Bismarck Expressway). Follow the Bismarck Expressway to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street and follow to Bowen Avenue. Turn right on Bowen Avenue and proceed two blocks to the Civic Center.

I-94 Westbound
Take exit 161 (Bismarck Expressway). Follow the Bismarck Expressway to 3rd Street. Turn right on 3rd Street and follow to Bowen Avenue. Turn right on Bowen Avenue and proceed two blocks to the Civic Center.

There are five convenient parking lots located on the grounds of the Bismarck Civic Center. These locations hold approximately 1,200 vehicles and numerous handicap parking spots. in Lots A, B, and E the cost of parking is $2 per vehicle. In Lots C and D parking is free for the public.
