The Ticket Office is conveniently located at the main entrance to the Bismarck Civic Cener, located at the corner of Bowen Avenue and 5th Street, and is completely accessible from anywhere in the city.

The Bismarck Civic Center Ticket Office hours are:

• Monday-Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: Closed except on event days.
• Sunday: Closed except on event days.
• Event Days: Ticket office opens at noon.

Four easy ways to purchase your tickets:

• Purchase tickets in person at the Civic Center Ticket Office.
• Customers who wish to order their tickets by phone may call Ticketmaster at (701) 222-2121. A convenience fee will be added per ticket on charge orders.
• A list of local Ticketmaster outlets is provided below.
• Visit www.ticketmaster.com. A convenience fee will be added per ticket on charge orders.

Will call tickets are available after 3:30 pm on the day of the event at the Civic Center ticket office. In order to receive your tickets, you will need the actual credit card used to place the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number for your order.

Unless otherwise specified by the promoter, children under two years are admitted free if they will not be using a seat.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available at all events in the arena. Accessible locations are found in the 200 Level north and south of the building. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating. For availability and exact locations, please contact the Bismarck Civic Center ticket office at 701-355-1384 or Ticketmaster at 701-222-2121.

The Bismarck Civic Center companion policy allows visitors with special needs to purchase a ticket for one guest in designated ADA seating areas.

The Bismarck Civic Center Ticket Office accepts payments for tickets with cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as Visa, Mastercard and Discover debit cards. There are two ATMs conveniently located in the building.
